MyLIVE 2026 Application Calendar
- • Nov 18, 2026: MyLIVE (P1) opens to apply for the Master LIVE for enrolment in September 2027. If you need a visa for ES-FR-BE and/or scholarship to be trained in the Master LIVE, you apply via MyLIVE during the application period #1 from Nov 18, 2026 to January 20, 2027 (Lyon-FR time) to participate in the Master LIVE M1+M2 2027-29 or in the Master LIVE M2 2027-28. - • Jan 20, 2027 (Lyon-FR time): deadline for MyLIVE (P1, ending)
- • Jan 25-Feb 5, 2027: Joint UAB-UB-Lyon 1 administrative eligibility (P1)
- • Jan 31, 2027: deadline to receive the last recommendations from the Referees (P1)
- • Feb 9, 2027: administrative eligibility results, eligibility appeal Feb 9 – Feb 22, 2027. “Save the dates for interview” sent to eligible applicants (P1).
- • Feb 10-24, 2027: MyLIVE applications are opened to the reviewers for scoring (P1); reviewers are members from full and associated partners with a PhD.
- • Feb 24, 2027: deadline for the reviewers to upload their evaluations on the reviewer platform for the Steering Committee.
- • Feb 24 – Feb 28, 2027: Steering Committee validation and third review, if required. The Steering Committee validates the scoring and studies the statistics regarding gender and nationalities to establish the list of applicants selected for the interview.
- • March 2, 2027: pre-selection for interviews: the Steering Committee establishes the list of applicants pre-selected for interview (P1) according to merit in the selection process. Pre-selected applicants are called for the interview, connection checking, and send all their slot availability to organize the interview schedule and summons (P1).
- • March 9, 2027: interview schedule published on the LIVE website
- • March 17-19, 2027: Academic Management Board (AMB) jointly proceeds to the remote video-interviews of the MyLIVE pre-selected applicants and establishes the main, reserve and non-selected lists (P1).
- • March 31, 2027: Joint selection by AMB – The main and reserve lists (P1) of LIVE students selected after interview are published in the news of the LIVE website (P1). LIVE admitted students send their decision to mylive@univ-lyon1.fr by April 15, 2027.
- • from April 25, 2027: The LIVE Secretariat sends the letter of CONDITIONAL admission to the MyLIVE Applicants. LIVE secretariat sends the selection letters to the self-funded students who send their pre-registration fees according to the deadline written on their selection letter. LIVE secretariat sends the admission letter to the LIVE students and manage the reserve list.
- WARNING: this period #2 (P2) of applications will be open if we still have seats for self-funded students after the period #1 (P1) of applications.
- • Feb 25, 2027: MyLIVE (P2) opens to apply for the Master LIVE for enrolment in September 2026. Applicants who are self-funded and need no visa for ES-BE-FR to train in the Master LIVE can apply via MyLIVE during the P2 from Feb to May. - • May 14 to May 21, 2027: Joint UAB/UB-UCBL administrative eligibility (P2), eligibility appeal May 23-30, 2026. “Save the dates for interview” sent to eligible applicants (P2).
- • May 21, 2027: deadline to receive the last recommendations from the Referees (P2).
- • May 21 to May 28, 2027: MyLIVE applications are opened to the reviewers for scoring (P2); reviewers are members from full and associated partners with a PhD.
- • May 31 to June 4, 2027: LIVE Steering Committee validation and third review, if required. The Steering Committee establishes the list of applicants pre-selected for interview (P2) according to merit in the selection process.
- • June 7 to 11, 2027: Pre-selected applicants are called for the interview, connection checking, and send all their slot availability to organize the interview schedule and summons (P2).
- • June 14 to 25, 2027: Academic Management Board (AMB) jointly proceeds to the remote video-interviews (P2) of the MyLIVE pre-selected applicants who need no visa for ES-BE-FR and are self-funded. AMB establishes the main, reserve and non-selected lists (P2).
- • June 28, 2027: Joint selection by AMB – The main and reserve lists (P1+P2) of LIVE students selected after interview are updated in the news of the LIVE website.
- • From June 27 to Sept 8, 2027: LIVE secretariat sends the selection letters to the self-funded students who send their pre-registration fees according to the deadline written on their selection letter. LIVE secretariat sends the admission letter to the LIVE students and manage the reserve list (P1+P2).
• July to Sept, 2027:
- • Lyon 1 manages scholarship awarding and pre-registration in the LIVE_Innov programme according to the LIVE Academic Management Board (AMB) decisions.
- • UAB-UB-Lyon 1 jointly manage the pre-arrival administration with admitted LIVE students regarding their accommodation, insurance certificates, visa issuance and European bank accounts.
- • Lyon 1 manages main and reserve lists according to the AMB decisions.
- • Lyon 1 organises the integration week, while UAB-UB create their S1 LIVE handbook.
