MyLIVE 2026 Application Calendar
- • Nov 19, 2025: MyLIVE (P1) opens to apply for the Master LIVE for enrolment in September 2025. Applicants of any nationality, self-funded and/or applying for scholarship to train in the Master LIVE can apply via MyLIVE during the period #1 (P1) from Nov to Jan. MyLIVE allows to apply for the Master LIVE M1+M2 2026-28 and the Master LIVE M2 2026-27. For helpdesk, please email to mylive@univ-lyon1.fr
- • Jan 21, 2026 (Lyon-FR time): deadline for MyLIVE (P1, ending)
- • Jan 22-Feb 5, 2026: Joint UAB-UB-UCBL administrative eligibility (P1)
- • Jan 31, 2026: deadline to receive the last recommendations from the Referees (P1)
- • Feb 9, 2026: administrative eligibility results, eligibility appeal Feb 9 – Feb 19, 2026. “Save the dates for interview” sent to eligible applicants (P1).
- • Feb 10-24, 2026: MyLIVE applications are opened to the reviewers for scoring (P1); reviewers are members from full and associated partners with a PhD.
- • Feb 24, 2026: deadline for the reviewers to upload their evaluations on the reviewer platform for the Steering Committee.
- • Feb 24-28, 2026: LIVE Steering Committee validation and third review, if required.
- • Feb 28 – March 3, 2026: pre-selection for interviews: the Steering Committee establishes the list of applicants pre-selected for interview (P1) according to merit in the selection process. Pre-selected applicants are called for the interview, connection checking, and send all their slot availability to organize the interview schedule and summons (P1).
- • March 10, 2026: interview schedule published on the LIVE website
- • March 16-20, 2026: Academic Management Board (AMB) jointly proceeds to the remote video-interviews of the MyLIVE pre-selected applicants and establishes the main, reserve and non-selected lists (P1).
- • March 31, 2026: Joint selection by AMB – The main and reserve lists (P1) of LIVE students selected after interview are published in the news of the LIVE website (P1). LIVE admitted students send their decision to mylive@univ-lyon1.fr by April 15, 2026.
- • by April 27 to Sept 8, 2026: EACEA validates main and reserve lists, then the LIVE Secretariat sends the letter of admission (or conditional admission) to the MyLIVE students admitted with a full scholarship (P1). LIVE secretariat sends the selection letters to the self-funded students who send their pre-registration fees according to the deadline written on their selection letter. LIVE secretariat sends the admission letter to the LIVE students and manage the reserve list.
- WARNING: this period #2 (P2) of applications will be open if we still have seats for self-funded students after the period #1 (P1) of applications.
- • Feb 25, 2026: MyLIVE (P2) opens to apply for the Master LIVE for enrolment in September 2026. Applicants who are self-funded and need no visa for ES-BE-FR to train in the Master LIVE can apply via MyLIVE during the P2 from Feb to May. - • From June 20 to Sept 8, 2026: LIVE secretariat sends the selection letters to the self-funded students who send their pre-registration fees according to the deadline written on their selection letter. LIVE secretariat sends the admission letter to the LIVE students and manage the reserve list (P1+P2).
• July to Sept, 2026:
- • UCBL manages scholarship awarding and pre-registration in the LIVE_Innov programme according to the LIVE Academic Management Board (AMB) decisions.
- • UAB-UB-UCBL jointly manage the pre-arrival administration with admitted LIVE students regarding their accommodation, insurance certificates, visa issuance and European bank accounts.
- • UCBL manages main and reserve lists according to the AMB decisions.
- • UCBL organises the integration week, while UAB-UB create their S1 LIVE handbook.

- • Internship management:
- – May 2026: the template to provide internship proposal is sent to the Associated Partners (AP).
- – June 30, 2026: early deadline for AP to provide internship proposals for premium publication (and by Sept 7 at the latest).
